Casual - Part Time hours (approximately 2 -3 hours a day) - flexible to meet our patient's needs.

Responsibilities include: Provide patients in the community with safe and reliable transportation to and from the Clinic and Hospital. Review appointment schedule and discuss conflicts with appropriate personnel. Reports any mechanical/equipment problems or concerns (i.e. noises, lights, brakes, etc.) to the supervisor as they occur. Makes arrangements for the routine maintenance and any repairs of the vehicle. Performs daily pre-inspection of company owned vehicles, maintains the inside and outside cleanliness, and obtains gas as needed. Reports any problems or concerns. May complete additional van service for errands, pharmacy delivery as requested.

Qualifications include: High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid WI driver's license and meet driving record requirements. Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be physically able to assist patients and operate a wheel chair lift. Must be self motivated and provide exceptional customer service. Familiarity with geographic territory, streets and addresses and able to adapt to areas required for service. Comfortable driving in inclement weather.
