Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER)

.8 Evenings - every third weekend Main responsibilities: The Emergency Room (ER) RN (Registered Nurse), is responsible for performing a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy. This includes neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients. This person will assess, plan, implement and educate patients and families on appropriate pain management. Will be able to monitor hemodynamic status of patient and correctly interpret the results. Must demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identify dysrhythmias and treat appropriately. Qualifications: Current Wisconsin RN license. Certified in BLS, ACLS, ENCC, APLS, or ENPC. Must demonstrate strong IV skills, critical thinking and assessment skills with the ability to be flexible, organized and function well in stressful situations.
