Pennrose Management Company is excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for our Residences at Hayes property in Washington, DC.
The chosen individual will be responsible for marketing and leasing at the assigned property, as well as providing resident services. They will develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager. Also, this person will have Supportive Service responsibilities as well, which requires assessing the residents needs and facilitating the access to these services and/or provides resources to the residents. This will also include addressing issues with residents (ie. rental delinquency, housekeeping issues) that could attribute to high resident turnover or property damage.
Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED & at least two years of experience in multi-family property management.
