Transition Manager
Pennrose Management Company is excited to be recruiting for a Lease Up Transition Manager. This position travels to multiple states, Pennslyvania, Maryland, Washington D.C, and Delaware.
The Lease-Up Transition Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates at assigned properties in the lease-up process. They will mentor associates and ensures all support the corporate mission and understand roles in achieving established lease-up goals. Advocates on behalf of associates to enhance individual performance. Provides excellent customer service to residents, applicants, and the team.
Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED, certifications in one or more of the following: Housing Credit Certified Professional, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Specialist in Housing Credit Management. You must have two years of experience in affordable multi-family property management, including direct supervision of others and proven Marketing and Leasing experience. Market rate multi-family experience is a plus.
