The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to associates at assigned assets. They will mentor associates and ensures all support the corporate mission and understand roles in achieving established goals. Also, they advocate on behalf of associates to enhance individual performance. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the assets assigned to them, ensuring that all performance metrics are achieved. They also provide excellent customer service to residents, internal and external customers. Candidates must be organized with a strong management and sales/leasing background.
A High School diploma is required, College degree a plus. At least 2 years of Affordable Housing experience along with multi-family property management experience, including experience with direct supervision of others and proven Operations Management, Marketing and Leasing skills.
