Assistant Property Manager

Pennrose Management Company is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Housing. We are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager for our Pennsburg Commons/Jefferson School properties respectively in Pennsburg and Pottstown, PA.

The chosen individual will be responsible for marketing and leasing at the assigned property, as well as providing resident services. Develops and implements policies and procedures to effectively manage property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager. This position will also have Supportive Services responsibilities as well. The person will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs and facilitates access these services. They then will indentify, network and collaborate with community agencies to provide the appropriate services that will educate and enhance the quality of the residents' like.

Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED & at least two years of experience in multi-family property management.
