Pennrose is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Housing. We are excited to be hiring for an Assistant Property Manager for our Providence Square property located in New Brunswick, NJ.
The chosen individual will be responsible for marketing and leasing at the assigned property, as well as providing resident services. Develops and implements policies and procedures to effectively manage property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager.
Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED & at least two years of experience in multi-family property management.
