Pennrose is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Housing. We are excited to be hiring for a Marketing Intern for our Property Support Center located in Philadelphia, PA.
This position is responsible for providing project and administrative support to all functional areas of the Marketing & Communications Department. It will also assist with marketing activities for all Pennrose enterprise and properties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide content and design updates to the Pennrose.com website.
• Identify property signage needs.
• Assist with public relations and communication activities to support Pennrose and individual properties.
• Analyze marketing data related to traffic sources, occupancy, email saturation, etc.
• Support the Pennrose Customer Experience provided to residents, guests and customers.
• Conduct research to support marketing activities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
• Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at an accredited college or university as a
Marketing/Communications related major.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel (between properties, on-call
emergencies, training, etc.)
