This role will act as the Lung and Sleep Health provider and leader in the clinics of Westfields Hospital & Clinic as we pursue care that achieves best health outcomes and patient experience at an affordable cost.

Qualified candidates must have a Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience, required certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, be WI licensed or eligible, have EMR expertise and excellent written/verbal communication skills, and be committed to standardization of care and team based workflows. Experience in Lung and Sleep Health preferred.
