Dietary Manager

Full Time

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, the Dietary Manager will work in a variety of areas relating to management. This person is trained and qualified to administrate menus, food purchasing, and food preparation; and to apply nutrition principles, document nutrition information, ensure food safety, manage work teams.

Requirements include:
Associates Degree or higher in Clinical Dietary Management or related field. Certification in dietary management. Food sanitation certificate.
