VP Patient Services

The VP, Patient Care Services plans, organizes and provides leadership to direct the activities of professional and support staff engaged in both direct and indirect patient care. The person in this position is responsible for strategic planning and operations management of reporting areas including their compliance with regulatory standards, achievement of quality standards and the delivery of exceptional customer service. The VP, Patient Care Services supervises Nursing, Surgical Services, Anesthesia, Emergency Department, Patient Therapies including Rehabilitation Services, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy, Social Services, and Patient and Guest Experience.

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required. Master’s degree in Nursing or related field or current enrollment in a Master’s program preferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in health-related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or eligibility. Previous experience in Critical Access Hospital preferred. Demonstrated skills in budget forecasting, strategic planning, management and supervision, quality compliance and customer service preferred.
