Pennrose is an industry leader in the development and management of Affordable Housing. We are excited to be recruiting for a temporary Leasing Manager for our Meriden Commons property in Meriden, CT.

This is a temporary 6 month position. This position is responsible for the administrative and leasing duties for assigned lease up property. This includes establishing an inviting atmosphere for prospective residents and guests as well as all leasing responsibilities and affordable file compliance processing. The position will require that knowledge of Company’s policies and procedures is maintained, as well as applicable housing laws and regulations.

Incumbents must have a High School Diploma/GED and one year of experience in affordable multi-family property management is preferred.
